Film-making

Our pupils have an opportunity to be a part of a number of projects linked to film-making; where pupils learn about the whole process of planning, scripting, editing and producing video content.

Recently our pupils took part the national Into Film – ‘See it, Make it’ Project, where they were able to work with an independent film-maker to learn about and produce two cinema quality short films.

You can watch those short films and other video content that are produced by our school on our youtube channel:

Bikeability

As part of their extended class curriculum, all of our year 6 pupils complete a Bikeability course. This is a week long programme that teaches pupils road safety when cycling, a vital skill to learn in an inner city environment. It is a practical course with pupils spending time with instructors cycling on our playground and around local streets.
